The course is appropriate for personnel associated with the promotion of
livelihoods . Usually the number of participants is restricted to 30.
The program will be pivoted around exposure visits to
interventions sites. A combination of Interactive Lectures, Group Discussions,
and Reflective Sessions will build on these exposure visits to strengthen the
learning. Program would include two days of classroom sessions; three days
field visits and one day for reflection on learnings from the field
The course will focus on approaches of livelihood
promotion, design of various intervention and institutional forms in livelihood
promotion.
Objectives of the Training Course

To gain in-depth understanding of various institutional forms for
promotion of livelihoods in AP.

To learn about various strategies for poverty reduction through MF
and livelihood promotion.
