Ms. S Rama Lakshmi, has a post Graduate in both Public Personal Management and Rural Development. In the course her twelve year career, she has had varied experience in Cooperatives, MFIs and Self managed financial institutions. She started her career with the responsibility of organizing a Women’s Thrift and Credit cooperative and later involved in setup of Swayam Krushi Sangam (SKS) an MFI She was responsible for a loan fund operated by MFI and conducted financial reviews of the branches using the financial analysis. Rama Lakshmi has expertise in developing the financial products, accounting systems and MIS. She has worked with APMAS since 2001 and has been involved in providing support to the district level teams in planning, assessing capacity; implement operational & financial quality control strategies. She has been involved in designing and conducting studies, ratings in various states on SHG movement.
